These are the terms and conditions for using our online e-learning website, globalmathclub.com (the “Site”) and the video material, audio material, text, images, graphics and other content available on the Site (collectively, the “Content”).

By using the Site or any Content, or by clicking the “I agree” checkbox, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them, whether or not you are a registered member of the Site.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site.

We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal information. If you register with the Site and establish an account, you must provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose such information to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, and to terminate your account at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any provisions of these terms of use or to comply with our requests concerning your account.

How you may use the Site and its Content

We are the owner or the licensee of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in our Site and in the Content. All such rights are reserved.

You agree to use the Site and the Content only in ways that comply with all applicable laws, as well as with these terms of use.

You may only make non-commercial use of the Site and the Content.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You may access the course videos available on the Site for your own personal use. In addition, you may download any course videos for which a downloading option is offered on the Site. Except as specifically permitted in the preceding sentence, you may not retransmit, publish, distribute, display or otherwise make available any of the course videos or other Content to others.

In no event may you modify the course videos or any other Content, including by adding any advertisement or other material or by interfering with the viewing of any Content. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Site must always be acknowledged and you agree to retain all copyright and other notices on any Content you obtain from the Site.

If you breach these terms of use, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

User submissions

Account holders will be able to participate in online courses and discussion forums and to submit or post comments, profiles and/or other content on the Site (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit or post.

Whenever you upload User Content to our Site, or make contact with other users of our Site, you must comply with the content standards in our Acceptable Use Policy. You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our Site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards.

We do not approve, verify or endorse any User Content, and you agree that we will have no responsibility or liability in connection with your use of any User Content. The views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent our views or values. Any User Content you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting or submitting User Content to the Site, you grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us the foregoing rights, and that neither your User Content nor our use of it as permitted under the foregoing licence will infringe anyone’s rights.

We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any User Content posted or uploaded by you to our Site constitutes an infringement of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

Although we will have no obligation to monitor or take action with respect to User Content, we reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates any provision of these terms of use, and to terminate the applicable user’s account and right to use the Site, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not warrant that the Site will operate without error or interruption or that the Site or its server is free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act (Chapter 50A of Singapore). We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees of any kind (express, implied or otherwise) regarding the Site or the Content, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, sufficiency or quality of the Site or the Content, nor that any particular content will continue to be made available.

Limitation of liability and remedies

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

In no event shall we be liable to you, in contract, tort or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other such damages arising out of or relating to the Site or the Content, or your use of the Site or the Content, and regardless whether we are advised of the possibility of such damages. If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these terms of use, we are found liable to you (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any damage or loss arising out of or relating to the Site or the Content, or your use of the Site or the Content, our liability shall in no event exceed S$100,000 or the aggregate sum paid by you for services rendered by us in the past 12 months (if applicable) whichever is lower.

The foregoing limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mathink Club and our officers, employees and agents, from and against all claims, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Site or any of the Content, your provision of any User Content, and/or your failure to comply with any provision of these terms of use.

We are not responsible for websites we link to

Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only and as a convenience to you.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and you agree that we will not be responsible or liable in connection with your use of any of them.

Rules about linking to our site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to our Site in any website that is not owned by you.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Trademarks

is Singapore registered trade mark of Mathink Club. You are not permitted to use them without our approval.

Nothing in these terms of use or on the Site will be construed as granting you any right or licence to use any trademarks, service marks or logos displayed on the Site. You agree not to use or register any name, logo or insignia of Mathink Club or any of our group companies for any purpose.

Our Site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Site. These are small files that are stored on your computer. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Singapore law.

If any provision in these terms of use, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of the terms of use shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
